The coffee
Seventy percent washed Colombia out of Huila, thirty percent natural Ethiopia from Guji. What the farm was paid is printed on the bag. If either lot runs out, the blend shifts and we put that on the product page instead of quietly swapping what's inside under the same name.
Brewing
Sixty grams per litre for filter. Let it sit four days after the roast date before you brew — coffee straight off the cooling tray is still off-gassing and will taste thin. Keep the bag sealed at room temperature, not in the fridge.
